Obituary for Paul Alexander Klein

Paul Alexander Klein, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Norwood Hospital. He was the son of the late Herbert and Sylvia (Weinfield) Klein.

Paul was born in Norwood on June 8, 1943. He and his wife Joanne P. (Vail) were married in Brookline on June 5, 1966. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for over 36 years. He was both a Vietnam and Gulf War veteran, retiring as a Master Sargent. He has been a Foxborough resident since 1998.

For many years Paul worked in quality control for Johnson and Johnson of Randolph. He was a former member of the Norwood V.F.W. and enjoyed camping and traveling. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Husband for over 52 years of Joanne P. (Vail) Klein. Beloved father of Laura McElaney and her husband Scott of Brockton, David Klein and his wife Mary of Norton, and Karen St. Germain and her husband Roger of Foxborough. Loving grandfather of Kayla, Sean, Roger and Leah and great grandfather of William Paul Palm. Devoted brother of Susan Klein of Virginia Beach and George Klein and his partner Ethel Huntley of Norton.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4-8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St. in Foxborough. A funeral procession to Bourne National Cemetery will be leaving the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Thursday, May 17, 2018.
