Obituary for Linda A. Crockett

Linda A. Crockett, age 61, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. Beloved mother of Lindsay Meredith Marvitz and her husband Michael of Foxborough. Devoted grandmother of Amelia, Ethan and Gavin. Sister of Phillip Crockett, Jr. of Walpole and Sharon Crockett of Foxborough. Dear Aunt of Tyler, Jared and Jacob. Life-long friend and Lindsay's father, Richard Asci.

Linda was born on June 24, 1957 in Hyde Park and was the daughter of the late Philip Crockett, Sr. and Mabel (Walsh) Crockett. A graduate of Walpole High School, Linda was employed in Distribution Services for Bearings Specialties in Canton for many years. Linda was an avid photographer and animal lover. Examples of her photography were on display at Stony Brook Audubon Society in Norfolk and Blue Hills Trailside Museum. She enjoyed genealogy, astrology and going to the beach, especially outer Cape Cod. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, October 14 from 1 to 4 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. All are invited to a tree dedication ceremony for Linda on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 12:30 PM at the Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary, 108 North Street in Norfolk. A celebration of life reception will be held immediately following the ceremony and all are welcomed. For additional information please contact 508 543-5471.
