Joseph Dennis Coughlan

North Attleboro - Joseph Dennis Coughlan, age 53 died unexpectedly at his home in N. Attleboro on Sunday, August 8, 2010. He was the son of Mary Ellen Coughlan and the late Joseph D. Coughlan.

Joe was born on September 14, 1956 in Bourne. He was a graduate of Foxborough High School, Class of 1974. Joe was a long time resident of Brent, Al where he received his Associate degree at Shelton State Community College and worked as the purchasing manager for N. D. Cass Co. Joe was a talented cook, enjoyed reading cook books and captured the heart of many with his entertaining. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Loving son of Mary Ellen (Adams) Coughlan of Foxborough. Devoted brother of Michael and his wife Melanie of Alexandria, VA, Barbara Walsh and her husband Joseph of Ridgefield CT Susan Rousseau and her husband Del of Southboro and Steven and his wife Susan of N. Attleboro. Also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Friday, August 13 from 4 – 8 pm at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 14 at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church, Carpenter Street, Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Foxborough.
